For a relatively short period Mozambique produced astounding high quality aquamarine. Most notable in this material was the aqua's vibrant blue color and excellent clarity. I have a few more stones from this find and this ring features the largest of my remaining inventory. Weighing 7.19 carats and measuring 12.8 X 10.8 X9.4 mm is this large aqua that is elegantly presented in a platinum four prong basket setting. The aqua showcases a vibrant electric blue color, excellent clarity, precision oval brilliant facing and top of the line luster and brilliance. On either side of the aqua is a pair of round brilliant cut diamonds that are 0.38 ctw and VS2/SI1 H quality. The ring weighs 9.0 grams of 900 platinum and is a size 81/4.
